I'm a firm believer that most of your workouts can be done in 60 minutes or less.

Most of my workouts range from 30-75 minutes depending on the program and, not gonna lie, how much time I waste scrolling on my phone between sets 🫣

For most people, less is more. Pick 4-6 exercises and load them up. Challenge yourself and get really good at those movement patterns rather than throwing 16 exercises against the wall to see what sticks

Thank you! I used to get down like that. I was also doing Caroline Girvan workouts at that time. I’ve had so much more success not getting cuckoo with my workouts.

I’m not as advanced as you but I was burning myself out and fell off the bandwagon now I committed to a half hour sessions but I really push in them and I’ve been a lot more successful!
