People tend to go to the extremes. I think that happened with micro management. First everyone did it. Now nobody does it ever and it is always bad..it can be guiding as well🎉

I assume you only do this during a probation period? I think especially with juniors and wfh this could be a good idea during the beginning, to make sure people aren't afraid of asking questions when they are stuck
