Hello, thank you for posting this story. I have a more general question about the meaning of the word "spooky". Any German speaker learning Lakota is welcome to provide input. Is it easier to translate the deeper or more complex levels of Lakota language into German than into English? In Lakota thought pattern, what would spooky include? We learn that Lakota thought pattern is non-dualistic, non-linear and also no-local as in the quantum physics description of all matter ( including thought) being entangled and able to affect related ( and Mitakuye Oyas'in) matter no matter how far away. Einstein was unsure about non-locality and called it "spukhafte Fernwirkung". This has been translated as Spooky Action at a Distance. Is there a more nuanced translation how would that translate into Lakota? Wopila. Danke. Thank you.
