Ghirahim added so much flair to Skyward Sword. Easily the best secondary antagonist in the series. I love how spunky and crazy he can be at times but also stays completely devoted to his master.

Interestingly they both have dance-like dramatic physicality. The way they move seems to be dance-like

Ghirahim also makes note of the sword Link wields, saying that Link could only stand up to him because of that sword. The way he said it, though, could indicate that he was treating Linkās sword not as some tool, but as an equal in the most literal sense.
Also, the knowledge that Ghirahimās the Dark Master Sword brings new and disturbing context to him stealing the Goddess Sword from Link and even licking it during their first duel.
