Minifigure (don't know the brand as many of them have this kind of figure) which is based on Venom, Eddie Brock from Marvel Comics

Edward "Eddie" Brock Jr., later known as Venom, was a former freelance photographer and Peter Parker/Spider-Man's enemy at the Daily Bugle who, after bonding with the symbiote, turned into an unhinged, sadistic and monstrous mutant known as Venom, equipped with the same suit and powers of Spider-Man.
