Today, I’m reflecting on the importance of discipline and preparation—whether it’s hitting the gym for physical strength or diving into God’s Word to prepare for the biblical class we facilitate at the Life Anchor Center. 🌿
One verse that inspires me is 1 Timothy 4:8:
“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”
Taking care of both areas helps me stay balanced and equipped to serve others. God calls us to be good stewards of all He’s entrusted to us—our health, our gifts, and our opportunities to impact others. 🙌
