These moist chocolate cupcakes are filled with homemade chocolate fudge and topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting. These cupcakes are perfect for chocolate lovers, plus they're so easy to make!

Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
5-6 cupcakes
•110ml (1/2cup) Milk ( of your choice, avoid soy milk)
•1/4tsp White Vinegar
•70g (1/3cup) Granulated Sugar
•27ml (2tbsp)Oil ( any neutral oil - sunflower/ vegetable/ canola)
•1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
•1/2tsp Baking Powder
•1/2tsp of Baking Soda
•65g (1/2cup) All Purpose Flour
•15g (3tbsp) Cocoa Powder, sifted
•pinch of Salt

Method:-
- In a bowl mix milk with vinegar. Let it sit for 5 min and then add sugar, oil & vanilla extract. Mix until sugar is almost dissolved.
Combine and sift all the dry ingredients and mix it into liquid ingredients. Fill the cupcake liners with the cupcake batter 1/2 way into each cupcake liner and bake at 350f for 13-15 minutes or until firm to touch.

Homemade Chocolate Fudge Recipe:
•120ml (1/2cup) Whipping Cream ( Non dairy cream or any whipping cream of your choice)
•140g (2/3cup)Granulated Sugar
•40g (1/2cup)Cocoa Powder
•pinch of salt
•1tsp of Vanilla Extract
•64g (4tbsp)Butter ( vegan butter sticks or any butter of your choice)

Method:
-In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cream. Cook on medium heat 2-3 minutes, until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.
-Stir in butter and cook for 2-3 minutes more, watching closely and stirring occasionally until mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Strain the sauce into a clean container and cover the surface of the sauce with plastic wrap. Chill it in the fridge. If the sauce sets firm, you can microwave for 30 seconds before pouring inside the cupcakes. Pour room temperature fudge sauce into the cupcakes. Place the cupcakes in the fridge for 20 minutes for the fudge to set and prepare the frosting.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:
•150g (2/3cup) Butter ( vegan butter sticks or any butter of your choice)
•150g (2/3cup) Cream Cheese, room temperature ( non dairy or any cream cheese of your choice)
•1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
•150g (1cup + 1/4cup) Powdered Sugar
•22g (1/4cup)Cocoa Powder, sifted

Method:
-Whip butter & powdered sugar in a mixing bowl using an electric whisk or a paddle attachment for 5 min until fluffy and creamy -Add soft cream cheese, sifted cocoa powder, vanilla extract. Mix for 1minute. Pipe prepared frosting on the cupcakes. Enjoy
