Egg Curry | Anda Curry
Ingredients:📝
Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
Boiled eggs - 3
Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom - 2
Chopped onion - 1 large
Green chilli-ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Tomato purée - 100 gm
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander - 1 tablespoon
Water - 200 ml
Preparation: 👇🏻
In a kadhai heat oil, add 3 boiled eggs and fry till eggs turn golden brown. Keep aside.
In a kadhai heat oil. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black cardamom, chopped onion and sauté. Add green chilli-ginger-garlic paste, tomato purée, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well until a thick gravy is formed. Add the fried eggs, and chopped coriander. Mix gently. Add water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
