If that’s an Omen, you’ll likely need to bend the small metal clip things back into place for it to stay down, and if that doesn’t work you may need a whole new keyboard. Personally I got an external keyboard for mine, as they have terrible build quality and I’m not sure about the keyboard replacement, I was simply told that is an option by a computer repair shop. Hope this helps!

On all the laptops I have used you just need to align it cortectly and push down on it, but I don't know how yours work. Hope you can get it fixed 🙂
