Makes a lot of sense range-wise and stuff ! Personally and ideally, I'd go for 1 pacchioni style double or triple ocarina or a harmony triple from songbird, one V-style triple bass, then yeah a few normal 10 to 12 hole ocarinas with different timbre profiles, and maybe one plastic travel Ocarina.
I heavily recommend Claudio Colombo's ocarinas, and Gosselink's Pacchioni style triple ocarina. V-Style triple bass would clearly be the ICO one you showed and I need to buy one for myself at some point but it looks like hell to transport. I'd rather stick with single chamber basses for now.

I love pendant ocarina, I am not a fan of plastic so it's best for travel for me. I have a couple transverse for more stationary days, lol.
