Those tried and true slant sixes are indestructible. I had one over heated multiple times and ran for years after that with a new thermostat.

No hate, but you really shouldn't use WD40. It's not considered a lubricant, and although there may be some lubrication to it's consistency, you're much better off using something like ATF or Marvel Mystery Oil.
