OK, so this is rather annoying. It seems that I either have too high a water pressure coming into the building, or a failed solenoid valve, or a small leak. Either way, I’ve got an issue that I need to work my way through.
Our UK Loring technician has instructed me to continue roasting, but I will need to manage a flame out at the end of each roast cycle. This means a longer between batch process and adjusting profiles to manage with the new thermal environment. However, I can at least continue producing roasted coffee.
I’ll do a more in depth video of this scenario once I figure out what’s going on and remedy the situation.
