Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM): EPDM membranes are black and are made from synthetic rubber. They are highly flexible, making them suitable for buildings with complex roof designs. EPDM is known for its durability and resistance to UV radiation.

Single-ply roofing systems are installed by mechanically attaching, adhering, or ballasting the membrane to the roof substrate. They are popular choices for flat or low-slope roofs and are known for their long service life and low maintenance requirements.
