My biggest issue with this mod was the AI not being beholden to the same population mechanics. You could wipe out two full stacks and they show up the next turn with 4 more. It was so unrealistic and made my game unplayable

Does this new update also effect the reform system? After the last update I got for DEI I was Rome, researched the technology, was Imperium level 3, was way past turn 40, and still wasnāt getting the polybian reforms.
