I think they should make withered versions of the fnaf 1 characters because 1. It would be cool to see how they would look and 2. It would fit with the more linear timeline of the movies

If they do go with the original wizards that would break the Fnaf movies timeline as in the 80s in the game universe, the original un withered animatronics are the only Freddy and gang. which then get used for parts of the toys which then they are put out of use than the wizards are supposedly used for the refurbished 1993 animatronics. But all of that is thrown out the window in the Fnaf movie lore and itâs just the original from fnaf one gang. And we think that the toys are in a different location but we donât talk about that since the second movie isnât out.

But how would they possibly explain away their sudden design changes were they to accurately re-create the Withereds?
Also, I donât think a lot of people realize just how expensive it would be to create four new animatronics and then retool or even rebuild another four

Thatâs not at all what he meant. He was saying that the rumors about the literal animatronics from the first movie, like the puppets used, being used in the second movie weâre not true.

I will love to see the classic witheres animatronic cause it will look so COOL + there was a short that has a twitter from one of the makers of the 2nd fnaf movie saying that the withereds is the classic animatronic + if they remade the fnaf 2 withers it will be hard + we will know what they look like, so in conclusion

The withered animatronics from the games are supposed to be like older, larger, clunkier, less refined and less technologically advanced versions of the FNAF 1 animatronics. The FNAF 1 animatronics are like smaller, simpler, streamlined, and more uniform versions of the Withered animatronics.
