Un peu d'humour aujourd'hui sur un mot très utilisé en PNL mais pas forcément abordable pour ceux qui s'y connaissent moins.
Alors pour résumer un peu tout ça voici une petite explication :
Imagine que l'ancrage est comme un interrupteur émotionnel : en un clin d'œil, tu peux changer ton état d'esprit pour être au top de ta forme.
C'est en résumé un processus qui associe une émotion ou un état spécifique à un stimulus unique (comme un geste, un mot ou une image), permettant de rappeler instantanément cet état positif ou ressenti chaque fois que le stimulus est réactivé.
C'est incroyable n'est-ce pas ? 😉
(Et encore, ce n'est même pas 1/1000e de tout ce que la PNL a à nous offrir)
