This week has been such a challenge for me and my family. I normally have a very busy week working looking after my family and enjoying the Great outdoors. It has been Exceptionally difficult for me this week because I injured my back while at work. What seemed to be something small and insignificant turned out to be debilitated and it left me being in bed unable to walk for days. 😔
I would like to say a huge thank you to all of you in our community who sent your love and prayers which has really lifted my spirit.
If anyone is going through anything similar, it's important to know that you're not alone and if you do need help, don't be afraid to reach out to someone whether it's friends, family or professionals in order to get you back up and running.
It's so easy to slip into a depressed state of mind if you haven't got the support around you, so I would really like to encourage you to not be too hard on yourself and reach out if you are struggling.
It's so wonderful to have family and friends to support you in your time of need and for this I am eternally grateful.
