3D Touch was an amazing iPhone feature and Apple should bring it back. Hopefully with iPhone 15 or future iPhones, Apple finally will being 3DTouch back.

3D Touch was grossly underrated. I actually like it. Wish they used it more with other features and apps. This was one of the things I missed a lot when switching from the iPhone 7 to the 12 pro.

I would also like to see this return. As it is now I am constantly putting my phone into “jiggly app mamba” mode by accident. If I hold my phone a certain way too long my phone gets the jiggles and my apps end up all over the place.

I agree 100%!!! After using 3D Touch, Haptic Touch feels laggy as all get out. Plus, sometimes you need DIFFERENT touches like when in photos. Photos gets confused if you want to animate a Live Photo or do an image capture. It would be nice to separate these by one using long-press and the other 3D Touch.

It was the most the disappointed I’ve ever been at the loss of a feature. I would really enjoy having it back. It was something I used multiple times a day.

Agreed. I asked an engineer at apple about this and he said they did away with it to enable another feature in its place. Wouldn’t say more than that.

Yeah I was one of the sad ones when they silently killed off 3D Touch. Wish it would come back, I was also one of the small crowd who used that feature on basically a daily basis so I definitely noticed when it was gone. :(
