If you find your shoulders to be stiff and sore, posture suffering a bit, try these.

1. Grab a broomstick and do pass-throughs. Wide grip with hands and lift above your head and passed until you can’t anymore. NO pain.
2. Around the world - Wide grip and do circles with your arms over your head. Repeat another side.
3. Scapular mobilization - arms against the wall and press back and shoulder blades together and apart.
4. Shoulder - place a theraband around a doorknob or have someone hold it and put it around the shoulder girdle, gently allow it to pull your shoulder back and you press back forward.

Repeat these 2-3 Sets and 8-15 Reps on each side.

That is a great Idea that these persons saw FIT to show the importance of shoulder mobility. Especially, when so-many fall victim to a shoulder injury- ( lock shoulder. They are afraid to move the arm. Not good. Thank you!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗👏
