Better question, why would they do that? Especially for the vision pro which struggles with XR support.
If they did they'd likely do it with XR weblinks or as a 360 on YouTube.

You could do it if you have an iPhone 15. You can record spacial videos on the iPhone 15 which you can watch on the Vision Pro (I’m not sure if the base model has it)

This would be the moment I can justify buying a Vision Pro. I tried it and found no real use for it so I returned it. I’d throw it on every night if I could watch sports like this.

I see your point, but then they'd be losing money, so no matter the headset, they'd charge you a certain amount for each camera. That or give an option for a package deal. And before anyone goes "ThEy WoNt Be LoSiNg MoNeY!!!!1" Think for a sec. If they did this, people wouldn't go. People would instead buy a Vision Pro, Meta Quest, or some other VR headset. Which means tickets aren't being sold, which means loss of money.
