I hope you aren’t hungry all the time
:( Just off what you showed, I’m assuming it’s around 1900 calories and maybe 60-70 grams of protein, depending on how much is in that shake.
For someone your size and given that you work out 6 days a week (assuming you still do that 3-2-1 split you showed a long time ago), you really should be trying to get closer to about 2300 calories and maybe 100 grams of protein. The fiber from all those fruits probably helps you to not stay too hungry, but your body definitely would benefit from some more protein with how active you are. I know that looking/being thin is important for what you do (unfortunate, but true), but honestly if you put some more protein in your diet (more eggs in the morning or some protein for lunch, probably lean meats like chicken or something) without taking anything else out, you’d probably see huge muscle development with your activity and would sleep better, feel better, and overall healthier.
