The video actually shows a system of bunker coastal artillery batteries from the former Yugoslavia, which are located along the Adriatic coast. The curious thing is that most of the cannons come from anti-aircraft guns from WWII ships or towed guns, some even from the period before WWII. The Allies donated them to the Yugoslav army during the 1950s.

There's a load of hidden WW2 bunkers in Devonshire. Some of their entrances were discovered recently.
It indicated that after the war was over, they destroyed the classified equipment and sealed the entrances by burying it.
