Do you ever have issues with glue residue from the conturo after using the router? I usually edgeband prefinished veneered plywood and I almost always get glue residue leftover and I’m unable to sand. If I adjust the cutting depth any deeper I cut into the veneer. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

How thick is the edgebanding? Did you make it yourself or buy it already milled?

What blade did you use to trim the edge banding before you used the router? Also, could you just skip that step and use the router? Thanks!
