1​box spaghetti
6​tbs olive oil, divided
2​garlic cloves, sliced
TT​red pepper flakes or fresh Calabrian pepper
2​tbs Italian parsley, chopped , divided
2/3​cup panko
TT​salt and black pepper

Place a pot of water to boil ,cook pasta according to directions. In a small skillet saute panko with 2 tbs olive oil, salt and pepper until crispy, set aside. Meanwhile In a skillet infuse 4 tbs olive oil with garlic and little red pepper over medium heat, when it starts frying add ½ parsley and 15 seconds later one cup of pasta cooking water. Drain pasta 3-4 minutes ahead of time and finish in the skillet over high heat. If needed add more pasta cooking water. Stir in remaining parsley and top with crispy panko before serving #pasta #aglioeolio #panko #italianfood #affordablemeal #spaghettata
