Our concern is not this thin blue wire out of a radio power lead is not suffient to provide for the 5 electric radiators cooker microwave and other appliance needs and could have caught fire.
A zero tolerance is required for acts of mindless stupidity.

EVICTION in less than 24 hours for tampering with electric meter.
This stupid act could have caused a fire in the ground floor. Flat putting at risk several babies and children above and their parents.
As a landlord we would have been in court for. Manslaughter had our systems and checks not caught this stupid act
Tenant thought they could get free electric by jumping the meter. Our Monitoring software alerts us if usage is unusual so we investigated.
