I switch my Gigabyte GTX 1050 ti from a Dell OptiPlex 7020 to a Dell OptiPlex 7010 to boost gaming performance without overclocking by essentially switching from a PCIe 4X slot to a PCIe 16X slot. The Dell Optiplex 9020 has an extra 1/4” of space over the Dell Optiplex 7020. This allows me to use a longer video card than the Gigabyte 1050 ti. I went with the MSI 1050 ti.
