At @EilíftHorizon, our Aquaphobia and Thalassophobia Rehabilitation Program (ARP)—also known as “Tides of Courage”—is specifically designed to address and alleviate these fears. Our program is primarily based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a scientifically validated therapeutic approach that has proven highly effective in treating phobias.
