If I'm on 2 pumps of oestrogel ..can you tell me what's the max amount of provera tablets I can take. I've been taking provera coming up to 3 months while awaiting a hyperoscopy and mirena coil. I'm getting worried I've been on it too long and if there are increasing risks with provera?

If your 59-60 and up and got shitty healthcare then your new gynecologist (who believes in HRT) tells you that you'll get a breast/uterine cancer and a stroke if you get estrogen, no matter what dose you take, even though you take a daily aspirin and progesterone already to counter act it. I've basically given up on getting good hormonal care. I had estrogen naturally from my ovaries for 3 decades and never got pregnant nor have I taken BC and can't get good health care. Start HRT early.

How about if I have an IUD? I am post menepausal. Is that still sufficient?
