I was born in France and every “bathroom” was divided into 2 rooms. One very small one (kinda like destiny’s description) that featured a toilet, sink and window, and one larger one that featured a bathtub/shower and sink. Basically a bathroom and a toilet room.

As a Canadian, if I saw a flatscreen tv in somebody's washroom (or bathroom as its commonly called in the U.S.) I would be very confused.

When I was in Bulgaria visiting my friend, there is no separated shower from the rest of the room, it's just a shower and you use a long squeegy thing to push all the left over water to the drain in the middle of the small room, and obviously you need to have shower flip flops

In past I would play on my phone while bathing, spending at leaves 90 minutes there. Showering takes 15 mins max. Its glorious. Also uses less water lmao.

these are top tier European bathroom. I witnessed Parisian toilets where the showers were in the middle of the kitchen, and you poo next to the kitchen sink. Was above 500€ a month.
