Bartending at tai chi speed may be an attention grabber... but a specialised, more "vending-machine-like" could do it quicker and better... and the only places that need a 24h bartender are in airports.
The main reason to make humanoid robots would be to perform maintenance on equipment that was designed to be maintained by humans.
For instance, Boston Dynamics' Spot is sometimes equipped with a single arm to be able to do simple tasks around a power plant, like monitoring gauges and is able to pull handles and turn knobs and dials.
It can do so 24/7 if programmed to... so it can automate older facilities.
If something needs maintenance or repair, it would make sense to call in a humanoid for what needs 2 arms and fingers.
Anyway, those robots are so expensive that a site should really consider digitalising their sensors and valves.
Then humanoids are only necessary in dangerous situations.
