I really like the form factor, but I am waiting for the next line of handhelds with AMD 7840u with the radeon 780M iGPU. Benchmarks put it about 40% more powerful than the 6800u with nearly 50% reduction of power consumption.

Hey Russ! Always enjoy seeing reviews even on devices not on my radar - it's just such an interesting space! I've been in gamedev most of my 20odd year career and it's so cool to discover many older systems through emulation.
Odin 2 is ordered now! After much deliberation and watching many reviews of its stablemates, I think it'll be a wonderful fit for years to come.

It's nice that it's smaller but you still need a carrying case for something this big so it's not that big of a deal. Steam Deck still the best price - performance ratio on the market.

Lately I am enjoying more Russ' videos than anyone else.

The thing that's going to stop me from getting something like this is just how good the touchpads are on the Steam Deck. I want them on all future portable PC gaming devices.

What I really want is whatever the successor to the AYN Odin will be. I want an ODIN really bad, but it came out like a year ago, so I don't want to buy one just to see a better, newer one at the same price point a month later.
