you can fill with spicy meat and/or beans , flip in half like a hand pie , then fry. Using ziplock bags cut in circles and press tortilla between the layers helps, so you can get it off easier. Take top plastic off and put your filling in, using the bottom plastic to help you fold it over and press edges shut. Then fry.
