I was stopped in my tracks when I cardiac arrested4, yes 4 times in 25 hours . Someone was always "placed" right there to defibrillator and GOD gave me a testimony. But anxiety and depression happened again 3 months later with more complications. I use abide appe and encounter appe for both 15 minute scripture guided meditation and then sleep stories. Anxiety has improved. π

The Abide Bible stories help me sleep well! I don't think I've heard the ending of any of them! I don't use the app because I can't put more apps on my phone.
