Ingredients
Chopped carrot - 2 tablespoons
Chopped cabbage - 2 tablespoons
Chopped capsicum - 1 small
Chopped spring onion - 2 tablespoons
Chopped onion - 1 small
Schezwan sauce - 2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
White pepper - 1 teaspoon
Fried noodles - 100 gm
Roasted papad - 1

Preparation
In a mixing bowl add chopped carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, onion, schezwan sause, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and white pepper. Mix well. Add fried noodles and mix well.
In a serving bowl place one roasted papad and gently break it. Add the mixture and garnish with chopped spring onion.
