I would like to see a broader return to multi-generational homes as an alternative to multifamily units owned by capitalists, as its a lot easier than developing and managing condominium development without exploitation by rentiers.

Personally I wouldn't want to live that close to other people for a significant period of time (just need a lot of personal space), but multi-family homes really should be the main format.

"A more capacious definition", yes! I have always disliked the "family abolition" rhetoric and advocate instead for "family liberation", where we are free to expand our family without the state dictating who we may be formally recognised as associating with.
