If fear is the problem, then eliminate fear. KNOW THYSELF. That is the true shadow work. Way more effective than sage. You don’t “shoo away” shadow; you integrate shadow. Shadow is the power you’ve been taught to run away from.

Lady.. ive been seeing the decline for years. My entire family things im some mental case and most of my relationships have changed in such negative ways. I honestly hope the world wakes up and starts loving eachother. But thank you for letting me know im not completely losing my mind

When some people radiate shadow energy interference, I can see it as an immature soul trying to ruffle the tiger. I realize that it is their own negativity and it no longer has any effect on me.
This has strengthened immensely in the past year. I walk on by strong & powerful with only universal love surrounding me. 💞

Thanks for sharing this with everyone! I've been feeling absurdly heavy and dark the last week or so, so badly that I have started doing EXACTLY this same thing every day before and after going to my 3d job, as well as spending a few minutes visualizing my glittering shield bubble. I definitely felt it. I have alchemized my relationship with fear and negativity already and then for some reason I became amnesiac about it and suddenly I'm in low frequency and vibration which was really rough. Suddenly in a limbo again gosh. Good thing I'm slowly coming back again to light again. Thank you so much.
