PhDs are being offered 70K nowadays. Having a Bachelor’s means nothing anymore, unless you have 10+ years of experience that you pulled out of thin air. Without any credentials, there’s unfortunately not much other than fast food and retail. The job market sucks

From the time I was 17 I always found employment when I searched for work. If I didn’t have a job, I worked full-time looking for a job. With only a high school diploma and a little community college you would think my skills would be limited however that is not true. I started out mucking out horse stalls. Later signed up to substitute public school from there. I stepped up to a para professional teacher from there. I learned how to Code and stepped up to be a computer programmer for the university. Went on to become USPS clerk. Hard work and determination what’s is what gets you employed. Be proud of yourself for being a hard worker.

Even with a college degree, you're considered unemployable because you need experience—but you can't gain experience without the job. It's a vicious cycle. 😂
