Decimal time also makes it very easy to tell what percent of the day is over. For example, in decimal time, 6:85 happens exactly when the day is 68.5% over.

They also tried a Decimal calendar. It had ten months and each week was divided into ten days. People hated it because instead of getting one day off every seventh day they only got a day off every tenth day.

When i was a kid i wondered why time isn't decimal like everything else. Now that I've had it laid in front of me what that'd look like, I fully understand. I kind of hate this lol
