So happy I never fell for all the medication bs. Meditation has literally leveled out all of my mood swings associated with bi-polar, also manic depression. These medications are scary af. You always see class action law suits and deaths associated with so many medications for so many different things these days. It’s just too scary. And I would rather be manic and bitchy than dead.
