Replace the ground cable for the battery. Common Honda issue I’ve seen from 90s till now. I’ve also added a ground from battery to trans. And to my throttle body.

To test properly it would need to do a load test, and those cables don’t look thick enough to be able to do one of those accurately.
I’d interested to know what tests it does and how.
