I've been doing this...at the end of my showers I make the water cold and breathe through at least 30 seconds. My anxiety went down the first day I did this. This man is a gift. Great tragedy led him to trust his intuition and he felt drawn to the cold water. This is what happens when we connect to the Creator. We are guided to our real purpose and healing.
