That was the whole point of picking Kamala was that she's diverse. The DNC figured they could keep playing these identity games. You had Obama saying black people had to vote for her, and others saying women had to vote for her. They lost because they chose identity politics over a decent candidate.

I’m so sad how divided our country has become. There are extreme people in both parties who are being so very divisive and ugly. I have friends and family that that have some who are Democrats and some who are republicans. So far, most of us are still able to be kind to each other. I really hope that the majority of the country is still able to be kind in spite of or differences and that it’s the extreme people that get to be “shutdown “
