Weird issue I had However Someone else in the Rev7 Face book forum told me its a hardware issue.

**Update** Pioneer is aware of this issue with some units and are having customers send themin for Repair like they did for me.

Below is what One person told me about there experience and the process they went through.

-----Hey brother. I had exact same issue. It is known by pioneer. It’s a issue with the platter connecting to the board. They fixed mine in about ten days. You need to contact Pioneer. They’ll send you a label, ship it CA if ur in the states and probably get worked on by Jorge like mine!!! Jorge fixed my shit. He’ll fix yours too. Sorry bout this but they will take care of you. If you search right deck problem in this group you’ll see my thread too. Godspeed my friend.

-------Yeah they checked the board and the shift button but they ended up replacing the platter/deck system. It works great. When you send it off, be sure to give em a call just to check in. I did. Then they called/texted back with updates and tracking when it was shipped back. Jorge’s English is a little rough but he’s super nice and fixed my baby. You got this dude! I look forward to seeing you have the same result.😉


As of May 18th 2022 I got my response from pioneer and waiting to get a shipping label to send in unit.

If you run into this issue just know that it can be fixed
