Never thought I’d have a story to share about crushes, but uh…
I had a girl THIS YEAR say that she had a crush on me, and she was in my math class, so that made it 100 times more awkward. The way she told me was so straightforward that it made me uncomfortable. My friends were telling me to go for it but I knew that I wasn’t interested. I convinced myself that I was, but I definitely wasn’t, and I knew that deep down. I didn’t have the heart to tell her I wasn’t interested for certain reasons:
The very first time she talked with me, she openly admitted that she was…”up in the clouds” and she used certain substances, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable, and I’m personally not interested in stuff like that
I’m not really looking for a relationship in general. I realized that I’ve been forcing myself into relationships that I don’t want, and that’s something I just gotta promise myself not to do from now on.
Long story short, we kinda just stopped talking on the first day that she messaged me and I can only guess it’s because she felt too nervous to move forward. A very awkward interaction indeed.

literally me when someone who slapped me, dragged me by shirt collar across the ground, ran into my legs to make me fall down a hill, threatened to break my windows, made group chats to talk shit about me, trauma dumped on me for years and was kinda transphobic when I came out came up to me and said they actually had a crush on me, but I ruined it.
( they also got me suspended from school because I was fed up with this treatment and decided to attack them. Fun fact, they NEVER got suspended... wanna know why? because all this shit only happened at the after school club, that happened in the school grounds. If you want to know what led up to this? I was telling a friend that I felt uncomfortable hanging out with a different friend because I feel that when I hang out with them I get peer pressured into stuff that on multiple occasions has gotten me hurt)
