The best way to do this is to pull the plug from the sunken boat. Attach a line to the bow of sunken boat and to the back of the rescue boat. Pull the sunken boat as fast as you can in long straight runs. The water will leave the sunken boat and will float as intended as long as the pulling boat is powerful enough to get it going. If not…do what you did and call the insurance company.
