Yes but prep then opposite way around plus I think it would be low-mid diff because Batman would try to freeze venom or range him and use X-ray and try to use the bat hook to bring harry out so if it’s prep tho then Batman would probably just create a fire suit because that’s what anti venom is we can see this when he is flying and it generates heat hurting venom and Batman has fought a similar villain before as well like this well known as killer crock they both have large amounts of strength and much like animal personas the only difference is venom has WAY more range another weakness venom has is electricity and sound and Batman has both of these tools which all Batman has to do is access every speaker in the area or somewhat of microphone and play it and has a electric gun that is used in the game to do puzzles now if Batman amplifies this gun it won’t be fair so in conclusion Batman prep low mid diff but no prep Batman loses low mid
