Yeah, I totally see where you're coming from here cuz. I totally have to agree with you on this one. Especially since I can't really think of any scenario where Mulan might actually have a fighting chance against Elsa (other than her powers not working for whatever reason). Mulan didn't really have much more to her universe, Disney never got to expand her universe more, she only has the 2 movies they made about her (at least to my knowledge). She doesn't have any magical items or anything that can help her fight people like Elsa.
So yeah cuz, completely agree with your statement. Now we would have to see how she would fare against people like: Jasmine, Merida and people like Tiana, Belle without the Beast on her side, Aurora without her fairies and Pocahontas (even though they're not trained fighters).
