It can start with something as simple as a broken window. If the homeowner were to see it, they could very easily assume that it wouldn't be fixed and they'd be forced to pay for a replacement. This small incident could easily spiral out of control, with suspicion and distrust mounting on both sides.

This could easily be avoided with proactive communication. By setting clear expectations, the homeowner would understand that the builder would notify them of any issues and reassure them of plans for repair or replacement.

Constant communication is crucial, especially concerning a massive investment like a home! With open channels, mistakes can be resolved, trust can be built, and beautiful homes can be constructed.
