Stop disempowering yourself!

My favorite mantra ever: I trust the journey of my loved ones and release attachment to it.

Have faith in others’ journeys. You don’t have to take their shit on, consciously or subconsciously (and yes you still have responsibility for your subconscious stuff).

Expand your awareness to see and hold more of yourself, and how you respond or react internally as you engage with others.

Even if you are feeling the joy and excitement of others, this can be something you become dependent on.

We are meant to support and enjoy one another on this planet. We are not meant to take each other’s energy as our own.

Give others space to have their own experience. Give yourself space to have yours, and trust in your own ability to source and resource your own joy, etc.

Having an unwavering core knowing of who you are, what you’re here for, and where you’re going trumps any misaligned energy eager to enter your field.
