Something like that happened before, Semi truck driver got sued for not avoiding him and actually the semi driver lost the case which caused a big scene in the trucking world. (It's was snowing and they were on separate highways and the truck driver was brand new)

I don’t think it’s speed buddy, Germany has the highest speeds in the world but it’s the safest because of TÜV. 75% of cars on the road in America would fail a TÜV inspection and be considered an hazard on the road. In America it’s freedom to refuse new tires when the mechanic said they were bald last year. Why do you hate freedom?

I was the tundra that passed the semi truck, i when i saw in my rear view window i saw the ford hit the semi on the double tire just behind the cabin, and the ford hit another chevy malibu, i got off my tundra, and thas it.
